<p>संशोधकांनी केलेल्या अभ्यासात असे स्पष्ट झाले आहे की, काही विशिष्ट अन्नघटकांमध्ये अँटीऑक्सिडंट्स, फायटोकेमिकल्स, हेल्दी फॅट्स आणि जीवनसत्त्वे भरपूर प्रमाणात असतात, जे शरीरातील पेशींना दीर्घकाळ तरुण ठेवतात, वृद्धत्वाची गती कमी करतात, त्वचेला तजेलदार ठेवतात आणि मेंदूला उर्जित करतात.</p>
