<p>ऑफिस कर्मचारी, विद्यार्थी, रात्री उशिरापर्यंत काम करणारे तरुण, मोबाईल/लॅपटॉपवर जास्त वेळ घालवणारे लोक आणि गृहिणी – हे सर्व दिवसभर सतत थकवा अनुभवतात. गृहिणींमध्ये घरकाम, स्वयंपाक, मुलांची काळजी आणि इतर जबाबदाऱ्यांमुळे थकवा आणि सुस्ती अधिक जाणवते.</p>
<p><strong>या छोट्या सवयी करतील मदत :</strong></p>
<p><strong>सकाळची योग्य सुरुवात</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>सकाळी उठल्यानंतर लगेच एक ते दोन ग्लास पाणी पिणे आवश्यक आहे. यामुळे शरीरातील विषारी घटक बाहेर पडतात आणि चयापचय सुधारतो.</li>
<li>त्यानंतर 10–15 मिनिटे हलका व्यायाम, स्ट्रेचिंग किंवा थोडी चाल केल्यास शरीर आणि मेंदू सक्रिय राहतात.</li>
<li>सकाळच्या सूर्यप्रकाशात 10–15 मिनिटे वेळ घालवणे देखील ऊर्जा वाढवते आणि व्हिटॅमिन D मिळण्यास मदत करते. व्हिटॅमिन D कमी असल्यास थकवा जास्त जाणवतो.</li>

<p><strong>नाश्ता आणि आहाराचे महत्त्व</strong></p>

<li>सकाळचा नाश्ता वगळू नका. प्रोटीनयुक्त पदार्थ, फळे आणि संपूर्ण धान्य यांचा समावेश दिवसभर स्थिर ऊर्जा देतो. जास्त साखर किंवा जंक फूड टाळल्यास थकवा कमी होतो.</li>
<li>मधल्या वेळेस प्रोटीनयुक्त हलके स्नॅक्स (बदाम, काळा हरभरा, फळं) घेणे शरीराची ऊर्जा कायम ठेवते.</li>

<p><strong>कॅफीन आणि पेय पदार्थ नियंत्रित करणे</strong><br />
जास्त कॉफी किंवा एनर्जी ड्रिंक्समुळे थकवा वाढतो. हळूहळू पाणी जास्त पिणे आणि कॅफीन नियंत्रित करणे फायदेशीर ठरते.</p>
<p><strong>पाणी, स्क्रीन टाइम आणि विश्रांती</strong></p>

<li>पुरेसे पाणी न पिल्यामुळे डिहायड्रेशन होऊन थकवा, डोकेदुखी आणि चक्कर येऊ शकते. मोबाईल, लॅपटॉप किंवा टीव्हीवर सलग काम केल्यास मेंदूवर ताण येतो.</li>
<li>दर 30–40 मिनिटांनी काही मिनिटांची विश्रांती घेणे गरजेचे आहे. उभे राहा, हलके चालत जा, 10–15 सेकंद डोळे मिटा आणि पाणी प्या. यामुळे शरीर आणि डोळे दोन्ही ताजेतवाने राहतात.</li>
