कधी हसवणारं, कधी रडवणारं, तर कधी पूर्णपणे थांबलेलं वाटणारं.<br />
काही दिवस असे येतात की, सकाळ उजाडली तरी मनात अंधार दाटलेला असतो. कुणाशी बोलावंसं वाटत नाही, काही करावंसं वाटत नाही… आणि हळूहळू माणूस स्वतःच्याच विचारांच्या गर्तेत अडकत जातो. यालाच आपण नैराश्य म्हणतो.</p>
<p>पण लक्षात ठेवा —<br />
नैराश्य ही अवस्था आहे. नैराश्य म्हणजे आयुष्याचा शेवट नाही, तर स्वतःला नव्याने ओळखण्याची सुरुवात आहे.</p>
<p><strong>स्वतःशी मैत्री करा</strong><br />
सर्वात आधी स्वतःला दोष देणं थांबवा. तुम्ही कमजोर नाही; तुम्ही थकलेले आहात. स्वतःशी मृदू रहा—जसं तुम्ही आपल्या जवळच्या माणसाशी असता.<br />
स्वतःशी प्रामाणिक व्हा. “मला त्रास होतोय”, “मला मदत हवी आहे” हे मान्य करणं ही कमजोरी नाही, तर मोठी ताकद आहे. भावना दडपून ठेवल्या तर त्या ओझं बनतात. कुणावर तरी विश्वास ठेवून मन मोकळं करा — मित्र, जोडीदार, कुटुंबातील व्यक्ती किंवा तज्ज्ञ.</p>
<p><strong>प्रत्येक दिवस एक नवी संधी</strong><br />
काल जे झालं, ते बदलता येत नाही.<br />
पण आज काय करायचं, हे पूर्णपणे आपल्या हातात आहे.</p>
<p><strong>लहान गोष्टींनी सुरुवात करा —</strong><br />
सकाळी सूर्यप्रकाशात थोडा वेळ उभं राहणं, आवडती चहा-कॉफी शांतपणे पिणं, आवडतं गाणं ऐकणं…<br />
हे सगळं क्षुल्लक वाटेल, पण ह्याच गोष्टी मनाला हळूहळू उभं करतात.</p>
<p><strong>शरीर हलवा, मन हलकं होईल</strong><br />
व्यायाम म्हणजे फक्त वजन कमी करणं नाही.<br />
चालणं, योग, प्राणायाम, नृत्य किंवा साधं स्ट्रेचिंगसुद्धा मनातील नकारात्मकतेला बाहेर काढायला मदत करतं. शरीर हललं की मनही हलतं — ही शास्त्रीय सत्यता आहे.</p>
<p><strong>स्वतःची तुलना थांबवा</strong><br />
सोशल मीडियावर सगळ्यांचं आयुष्य परिपूर्ण दिसतं.<br />
पण सत्य असं आहे की, प्रत्येक जण आपापल्या लढाया लढतोय.<br />
तुमचा प्रवास वेगळा आहे, तुमची गती वेगळी आहे — आणि ते पूर्णपणे ठीक आहे.</p>
<p><strong>मदत घेण्यात लाज बाळगू नका</strong><br />
डॉक्टरकडे जाणं, समुपदेशन घेणं, औषधं घेणं —<br />
ही कमजोरी नाही.<br />
जसं शरीर आजारी पडलं की आपण उपचार घेतो, तसंच मनासाठीही उपचार आवश्यक असतात.</p>
<p><strong>स्वतःसाठी जगा</strong><br />
इतरांसाठी सगळं करताना स्वतःला विसरू नका. इतरांच्या अपेक्षांच्या ओझ्याखाली स्वतःला हरवू नका.<br />
तुम्हालाही आनंदाचा, शांततेचा, प्रेमाचा पूर्ण हक्क आहे.</p>
<p>आयुष्य परफेक्ट असण्याची गरज नाही, ते जगण्यासारखं नक्कीच आहे, भरभरून जगा.<br />
आज तुम्ही थकलेले असाल, हरलेले वाटत असाल — तरीही लक्षात ठेवा,<br />
हा शेवट नाही, तुमची कथा अजून संपलेली नाही.</p>
<p>हेच तर आहे जीवन…<br />
कधी अश्रूंनी भरलेलं, तर कधी आशेने उजळलेलं&#8230;<br />
अंधार कितीही दाट असला, तरी उजेडाचा एक किरण नक्कीच वाट पाहत असतो.<br />
